The Pavilion of Fairs and Congresses of Ciudad Real is located in a knot of terrestrial communications, of the north-south and east-west axes of the southern half of the Iberian Peninsula. It is a natural meeting point of the Madrid-Andalusia and Levante-Lisbon routes. The high-speed train AVE places us only 50 minutes from Madrid, in addition to connecting us with other important Spanish cities such as Seville, Malaga, Barcelona, Zaragoza, etc. The facilities of the Fair Hall and Congresses of Ciudad Real, is a building of 12.000 square meter intended to houses fairs and exhibitions, consisting of:

Exhibition hall with a capacity of almost 10,000 square meters which is distributed on two floors. Within it we can find five rooms of different capacities (rooms) that can be used independently according to the needs of usage of the Exhibition Hall, with a capacity between 10 and 300 people, a hall with a capacity between 10 and 300 people.

Assembly hall has a capacity of approximately 400 seats, with comfortable seats and with the latest technologies in simultaneous translation and multimedia systems.

Open pavilion, with an area of 1500 square meter, is an ideal place to complement the Hall of Events and the Exhibition Hall, or for holding outdoor events.

In addition to the areas mentioned, there are other facilities that contribute to a better planning of the activities, such as the different offices which the organization of the even count on or the catering services/restaurant it has (350 diners). The entire building is surrounded by some parking spaces that have a capacity of (200 vehicles) for the easy movement of vehicles in any event that take place. In short, large and modular facilities that allows the realization of almost all kinds of events.
