Torreón del Alcázar Gate

In one of the most central gardens in the city is Torreón del Alcázar Gate, the construction of which was ordered by Alfonso X the Wise. It consists of a vestige that was located at the highest and clearest point in the city to be able to monitor potential attacks on the wall. In addition, this space was occasionally used as a residence by the Catholic Monarchs.
